02What we process and why
This website
Visiting the site produces server log entries — IP address, time, page requested, browser — which we keep briefly to operate and secure the service. If you contact us or sign up, we process what you send us in order to answer or to create your account. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for signup, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data inside the application
A school using the product enters teachers, classes, students, rooms and lessons. That data belongs to the school: the school is the controller and we are the processor. We process it only to provide the service and only on the school's instructions, under an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, which we sign with every school.

Who else sees it
We use a small number of sub-processors — hosting and, where you use the assistant, an AI provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request and is named in the Art. 28 agreement.
04Where your data is stored

05How long we keep it
School data is kept for as long as the school has an account, and deleted on request or after the account ends. Server logs are kept only briefly. Records we must keep for tax or commercial law are kept for the statutory period.
06Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to privacy@bildena.com. If your data sits inside a school's account, please contact the school — they are the controller.
