What Bildena does
Bildena Scheduler — the timetable, solved
Bildena Scheduler builds a school's timetable in the browser, with nothing to install. The solver is Google OR-Tools CP-SAT: hard rules such as “no teacher in two rooms at once” are guaranteed, preferences such as gaps or free days are weighed. If a timetable cannot exist, Bildena says so before solving and names the rules that clash. Cover and the duty rota are included; the Pro plan adds course choice, course blocks, a personal timetable for every student, and teachers' working time for all 16 German states. Data comes from Excel or CSV, aSc TimeTables or Untis — or from one of the ready-made schools built on official hour tables.
Bildena School — the whole school in one system
Bildena School brings the timetable, the registers, the letters home, the marks and the money into one system — for the head, the office, every teacher and every family. The full Bildena Scheduler Pro is included. On top of it: registers and absences, letters and consents in each family's language, parent meetings, gradebooks and reports, support plans, enrolment with e-signature, invoices and automatic payment, care and pick-up. Each role sees its own work, enforced on the server.
