How does the free month work?
Both products start with a free month: every feature, with your own school's data, and no card needed. Choose a plan before the month ends to keep going.
What is the difference between the two products?
Bildena School is the whole product: the timetable, substitutions, registers, letters, marks, money and enrolment. Bildena Scheduler is the timetable on its own, for a school that keeps another school system.
Who counts as a student?
Every student enrolled on the count date. Staff, parents and students' own logins are free and unlimited; applicants count once they enrol; a child counts once.
When is the count?
Once a year, on 1 October. You are invoiced for the year in advance.
Why is there a minimum?
Setting a school up and supporting it costs the same whether it has 60 or 190 students. Below 200 students a school pays the minimum.
What if the school grows during the year?
Small changes cost nothing. If the school grows by more than 10%, there is one top-up invoice at mid-year. Fewer students are adjusted at renewal.
We already use Bildena Scheduler.
Move to Bildena School at any time — your timetable, teachers, classes and rooms are already there, and what you paid for the Scheduler this year counts towards it.
We are a large school.
Every student above 1,000 costs half. Universities and school districts get a quote.
We run several schools.
Each school is counted on its own, with 20% off every school from 3 schools.
Is it the same price everywhere?
Yes. Our prices are set in euros and shown in your currency, converted at the day's rate and rounded. Invoices are in euros.
