How it is built

Four principles, on every screen.

    Every module is one list with a few numbers on top: open it, see what needs doing, act. Creating and editing happens in guided steps.

    Each role sees its own work

    The class teacher sees their class, the office the whole school, a family its own children — enforced on the server, not just hidden.

    Marking scales, report periods, admissions, fees, consents: set per school system, not bolted on as separate screens.

No — Bildena School includes the full Scheduler Pro: solver, repair, publishing, cover and the duty rota.

Can we switch modules off?

Yes. A school that does not charge fees can switch Finance and Enrolment off; the menu stays simple and the price stays the same.

How are students counted?

Everyone enrolled on 1 October. Staff, parents and students' own logins are free and unlimited.

Can we start small?
